A friend told me to try Carol I love the press but I believe her assistant put some type of perm product in my hair! When I wash my hair it isn’t puffy anymore it’s very stringy & falling out !!! This shop really shows passion. As human beings, sometimes we can make mistakes, and we all learn from our mistakes. This shop has its ups and downs but overall they are amazing. This is truly a passion and they are sincere from there bottom of the heart and I enjoy spending time with Carol and her team. They know how to show love and compassion towards people and even when they make a mistake, they fix it right away. I really do appreciate them and my money is definitely well spent. As much as the wait here can be hard to swallow, I promise tou that wait is well worth it. I am stunning everytime I leave this shop and get noticed for it. I will continue to go to her until she says, “I cant”. Thank you Carol and the team. Good job well done

Jessicah did my mom’s hair in a ponytail and this is what my mom said. The shop is clean, orderly and the stylists are respectful, and efficient. My mom was a same day appointment and Jessicah brought her right back and explained who was ahead of her, got her washed, applied color and set her under the drier within 30 minutes of arrival. Jessicah was like an efficient assembly line, there was a method to how she times each service ensuring that she moved one into her chair while another was waiting at the bowl or drier. Jessicah is personable, intelligent and an entertaining conversationalist. She kept my mom laughing and enjoying her time in the shop. She also is knowledgeable of a whole host of topics. She completed my mom’s hair from washing, color, drier, press, flatiron and ponytail within 2 hours. She made her look youthful too. I will be making an appointment with Jessicah. My mom is picky and usually walks away disappointed because stylists usually make her look older than what she is. Jessicah did the opposite. She’s talented.
