Kimmi is great! She did my lashes for my honeymoon and they continued to look great throughout the trip- even though I went swimming each day! I like that she text me directly about my appointment so it’s been easy to contact her. The beds/tables at the salon are very comfortable and there’s always either good music or a good show on to pass the time.

I found Jacquelyn on Instagram, and as soon as I went to my first appointment, I knew I was going to be with her for a while. What a bad experience I had. I made an appointment with a girl named “Kimmi” and I specified that I wanted hybrid natural lashes, and in fact at the appointed time I specified again how I wanted, in addition to showing her a picture of how I wanted her to do it. When she finished doing it and opened my eyes I was surprised that she did everything to me that I didn’t want, she made me like volume lashes. At that moment, I told her that I did not feel comfortable, that it was not what I had asked for. And I told her, if she could remove that moment, because it really WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. She told me that she could do it on Saturday because at that time she couldn’t and well I understood because she had another client at that time. When I left, the whole way I felt uncomfortable because my eyes were burning, plus the extensions were weighing me down. So, in the best way I wrote to the their instagram page to tell them when they could remove it as soon as possible and they tell me that I have to make an appointment online to remove it. I mean, do I have to wait for my eyes to continue burning, be with lashes that I hadn’t asked for and wait until they have time? Absurd! I understand that they may have more clients or appointments, but if a client is burning her eyes and wants to remove it, it is logical that they have to act as soon as possible. Later, someone begins to answer me, I don’t know if the “owner of the place” or another person but in a rude way, making believe as if I were lying telling me why you didn’t claim that moment, that is, it is clear that at that moment I said that wanted me to stir, which was not what I had asked for! Also I just wanted my eyelashes removed because of the burning sensation and because I really didn’t like how they look. I didn’t mention to them at any point that I wanted my money back but I think they thought that because they were putting on quite a show, just because I wanted them to remove me! And the worst comes, they started to insult me,saying bad words and even discriminate me because of the language I speak! They started saying “English” to me! I put photos so you can see how spoiled they are! Truly the worst customer service anyone can get. Instead of giving me solutions, the only thing they offered were insults. After spending my money, my time, a bad job, I had to put up with a disrespectful owner.

Full disclosure, before meeting Jacquelyn, I’ve never used falsies or had extensions. Because of that, on the first visit, i opted for a classic set. The shop was clean and organized. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about upkeep and even suggested other types of lashes that will make my eyes really pop! Afterwards, i looked in the mirror and could tell she was truly good at her profession – no clumps and no clusters on my lashes. Since that first visit, a year ago, she has become my go-to and I go out of my way to drive over 30 minutes to see her for my lashes. I highly recommend her!
