Staff extremely poor customer service and professionalism when presented for scheduled appointment completed online. Informed they don’t check online appointments and became confrontational and telling me “you should have called.” Nail staff spoke in a tone that was extremely demeaning and not representative of valuing my experience as a customer or my time or my appointment. Concern for differential treatment of customers vs. others and will not patronize this business again with plans to follow up with the board regarding licensing and code of conduct.

Not only is this place crazy beautiful but there were lemons in my foot water!! The women that did my nails were super nice and very accommodating and the oil massage was so nice I almost fell asleep. If you want to go here, and you do, I suggest calling and making an appointment. They made sure that my nails were done perfectly and they looked soo good!!

Clean!!! I am also always able to walk in and get my nails done with a minimal wait (weekdays before 4). Most of the technicians are good but about once every 6-7 times, I might get one that isn’t as good. I’ve asked for nail designs on a few occasions and have not been overly impressed so I mostly stick with solid colors.

I had a terrible experience here this afternoon, my mom got her pedicure done after 45 minutes of being in the waiting room. When there was 7 women helping 2 customers. Not only that but my mom suffers from ingrown nails and she’s always got them removed at other places with no problem, but the lady’s decided to laugh about the situation and messed my mom’s nail even more, It is incredible to believe that they treat people like us Mexicans as minority. We’re paying for what we are getting done, we are not asking for something for free.

Horrible experience and a complete ripoff. Took three hours for a manicure and pedicure. They were careless and sloppy with my manicure. They missed the sides of my nails didn’t take off the excess polish on my skin. I picked out a color for my toes and asked for a similar color on my fingers but with gel and they gave me a bright red while my toes were a purple color. I’m very angry. To top it off the cost was ridiculous given the extremely poor quality and poor customer service. Do not recommend

I have tried other salons in the area but none come close. The place is very stylish, always clean and spacious. Everyone is gracious, personable and welcoming. They have lots of colors and if u can’t choose they have a good eye for what looks good on you, my husband loves the pedi there so do I. I highly recommend them.
