Very cute shop! I’m from out of town for my wedding this weekend, and needed to do my nails. I did the BioStructure Gel (short) and the gel pedicure. Diane did an amazing job— really took her time on my manicure, and I love the results! Check out their IG for more photos if you’re still conflicted— but again, very satisfied with the results!!

The staff here is great what isn’t so great is the short lady up front which apparently is the boss. She is rude, condescending, and racist. I went in for a mani pedi but forgot to put design time into my apt. She said I had no time to do all I wanted to do. She didn’t try to offer any resolution to my problem. I thought of just doing my mani and coming back a second day for pedi so that I wouldn’t INCONVENIENCE ANYONE which was not my intention whatsoever. When I communicated this to her she was rude abt booking the pedi apt and didn’t even book it with my nail lady. She also claimed that the last apt in the day I was requesting she couldn’t give to me even though it was available online with my nail lady. She told me if I would book that apt that she would move it. I told her then to give me the time slot she had available. Then she made the apt w a different nail lady I had never used. I told her she should’ve told me that before hand when speaking to me (I saw this on the email confirmation). When I went to pay she asked me for a picture of my nails after she was so rude about everything else I said I was in a rush (which I was bc I had a hair apt). She seemed bothered and then as I got into my car I got a notification that she had cancelled my pedi Apt. Idk what her problem is but I do know that when you charge someone +$100 for a mani you should offer AMAZING customer service and you won’t get that with this girl. It feels horrible to know that a person like this woman is profiting from my money who clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. I wanted to share so people are aware of the kind of person she is.

First let’s talk about how adorable and cute this place is ! You walk in and are just in awe by the vibe and decor. So pleasant and calm. And what an amazing job they did with my nails ! Dani was absolutely amazing ! She was honest with me about my nail health and we are going to work to get my nails healthy! She did an amazing job with the design!
