Although I thought Ana was super sweet, I did not have a great experience. I came here for my wedding nails and they did not even last a week. I got gel powder with chrome on top. They looked great until they started to peel all around the edges after 5 days or normal daily activities and fabrics or my hair in the shower would get caught under it and pull it up. Ended up being able to easily peel off the entirely of the gel polish after a week. While I understand gel nails normally last 2-3 weeks, I expected to get more than a week out of these nails that costed me $45.

I arrived as a walk in for manicure and eyebrow waxing and was told by “Ana” that the wait would be an hour/hour and a half. I was told that I was welcome to leave and come back. I decided to wait because I had an event the following day. Conveniently located near Walmart I decided to walk over. I came back in 45 minutes. An hour went by, and before I knew it 2 hours had gone by. I was not placed in a chair until 2.5 hours had passed . Being patient, I went through with my manicure service. Halfway through I notice the other staff leaving as it was closing time. I inquired about my eyebrows and was told that the “machine is off and it can’t be done.” After I had waited forever! You really thought I would just forget about the services I requested! This was certainly poor service at best. To top it off I was told that it would be an additional 30 minutes IF I wanted to wait. At this point it is just myself and Ana. I have gotten a basic gel manicure and still waiting after nearly 4 hours. If it weren’t for my event and being new to the area I would have certainly gone elsewhere! I actually typed this as I waited while she seems to be passive aggressively having a personal conversation on her phone, literally bypassing the proposed 30 minutes. Very unprofessional. Will drive 3 hours out of my way if I have to just to avoid coming here.

I will never come here again. Though Nina was great and did a great job on my pedicure. The remainder of the experience was horrible. The person that was leading the pack was rude and my daughter and I had a 12:30 appointment with a specific tech…well we didn’t get called back until after 1:00 and did not get the requested tech. We both got stuck with newbies and our nails look awful. We have lumps and bumps, they are uneven. I am totally disappointed. Don’t waste your money at this place for nail service. See Nina if you want a pedicure, but avoid the other services.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I visit this nail spa on 4-19-22 to have my eyebrows waxed. I had Nina for service and she was very rude. The whole time she was speaking loudly on her cellphone on speaker while doing my eyebrows and very heavy handed. She wasn’t attentive to what she was suppose to be doing. I will NEVER return to the place and I will not recommend anyone here.
