for starters I came here because I had previously had a fantastic experience with the guy that works there, he really knows how to do nails. I came in asking for a blue French tip with a design and I completely understood if the design wasn’t possible but I was hoping that the French tip would be something that they could do since it’s pretty much a basic but even that it wasn’t done well, I had been there from 2:50pm ish and left at 5:10 I don’t understand how it took so long and this is what I came out with. The nails were super bulky and the French tip was horrible, I had to ask her to just paint the nail completely blue because of how poorly she had done it. If you don’t know how to do some thing, you shouldn’t agree to do it I could’ve easily just asked for a solid color and walked out happy.I was still charged the complete $70 I understand this is somebody’s livelihood but at the same time it sucks walking out with some thing that you hate, if you go here make sure you’re asking questions and looking at your nails throughout the way so you don’t waste your money.

Not friendly at all. Matter of fact they say nothing to u but they do talk to each other all the time in there language. I got my nails done 2 days later it chipped pretty bad. I called they got me in and fixed them all. That was very nice of them. I want to continue to go there but it is kinda uncomfortable to go somewhere when they don’t say a word to you the entire time you’re sitting not even a foot away from them other than that it’s a pretty good nail salon.

New favorite nail place! I got my nails done a while ago by the male that works there. I showed a reference photo and it was done exactly like that. The only problem was I thought the glue for the little jewels was a bit messy. Will definitely come back when I want my nails done again!

I went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure, pretty basic. Per usual they started with the pedicure which was amazing. If this review were based on the pedicure alone, five stars plus easily. Super relaxing, water was the perfect temperature, the massage and sugar scrub, all of it was great

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI am just super confused by this place. The first time I came about a month ago I had a 5pm appointment and after waiting for AN HOUR without anyone really helping me or talking to me I walked out. As I was leaving they said they were almost ready to start the appointment.So earlier this week I decided to call for a 5pm appointment for myself and a friend to give them another chance. We are currently at the 5pm appointment (which we showed up to on time) and at 5:50pm and no one has started our pedicures. I can tell the technicians see us waiting and yet they have given us no updates on how much longer it will be until we are helped.What is the deal? I have made appointments twice and even then am kept waiting! Just tell people you don’t take appointments! Or tell walk ins you are fully booked rather than keep your appointments waiting for a full hour?! This is terrible terrible service and very discouraging I am not sure why I have had this experience twice here and have never had this experience at another nail salon.At 5:55pm (almost an hour later) they started our pedicures and finished at about 6:30pm. They apologized for the wait and gave us each $5 off for waiting but that is probably not enough to get me to ever go back again. My friend and I would not have waited so long but we both realllly needed pedicures. Just paid $54 for Shelic on my toes and nails… not only did she put the wrong color on TWICE… it took over an hour of applying, removing and re applying, it looks terrible and looks like Barbie pooped her birthday cake on my fingers, at least it’s actually somewhat a pink instead of the burnt university red. I’m so unpleased. I’ll never go back.
