Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Qualitythe salon was clean. I like the shape of my nails.my issue is that I made an appointment for me and my wife, and we had one nail tech between the two of us while five other nail techs just hung out. the other employees didnt get up untill walk ins came in (and weirdly enough, no one else had to share a nail tech).our nail tech did not wash his hands, and did not ask us to wash ours. he used the same files and drill bits on both of us. Our cuticles we’re not cleaned up, and we got no lotion to deal with the dryness after getting them finished.I asked for simple nail art, basically a modified french tip with a second thin line under the tip. he free handed the whole thing and did no cleanup, so the lines are very uneven.the pic with matte nails is what I asked for, the pic with the long nails is what I walked out withServices: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Nail artthe salon was clean. Critical: ProfessionalismMy nail tech was very rude and kept pushing my hands away. When I asked her if I wasn’t holding my hand correctly, she just rolled her eyes. I love this nail salon – so clean, friendly and family run with great manicures and pedicures. The people here are really friendly and it’s like a short vacation every time I go with the massage chairs. Everyone who works here has always treated me great and made my visit so much fun. This is a family business, owned by people who live in the Slidell community, so please show them your love, so that they can continue to serve the community!! Love you guys!!!

I don’t know why I still go to these establishments! They are very rude, with nasty attitudes! I was supposed to receive a 60 min pedicure but it was all of 35 rushed minutes . I was supposed to get a refill but I just didn’t feel comfortable sitting there any longer ! I literally watch them smile and be very nice to Caucasians. When it comes to servicing black people their attitude changes !We black folks don’t deserve the mistreatment and I’m tired of it ! Please let’s stop giving these people our hard earned money and go to our own kind ! Shut MV Nail spa down !

Critical: QualityI usually go to MV and the quality and service is great, but this time it wasn’t so great. I got dip with tips and the color was great but the nails broke off within a week and they usually last around 3 weeks. I also sat there for a long time waiting for my nail tech, even though I had an appointment. My nail tech was constantly distracted and kept getting up in the middle of my service, which I think could be the reason that my nails didn’t stay for long. I got dip with tips and the color was great but the nails broke off within a week and they usually last around 3 weeks.
