I love that you can make appointments. The staff is very friendly and professional. This now has become my regular “go to” place. Andy does an amazing job on my nails. He fully paint my nails, corners and all. My polish doesn’t chip and they last a long time even though I go faithfully every two weeks. My nails look really nice!! Andy is stuck with me! Lol

I went to this place for a few months and planned to make this my home nail salon but all that changed last Friday. I came in for a full set and Maggie did my set I asked for a black licorice gel color because it had a blue undertone but Maggie decided she was going to do what she want instead of giving me what I asked for, and what I was paying for. She argued with me and was super rude, then said she doesn’t think I should get the color because it takes longer to dry then when I asked to set under the dryer longer to insure it dries due to her saying it takes longer, she lied in my face and told me she never said that. I will not return, being rude to customers or anyone who is paying for a service which in return supports your lively hood is unacceptable without the customer there is No business.

Yesterday was actually my first time going to this spa I did acrylics for my birthday in a couple days and they had amazing costumer service and really took their time and the nails came out to pretty and they were exactly like the design I showed them I had a great experience and will be coming back! I got a full set and my daughter got a princess mani/pedi. Our nails look fabulous. Hannah did a wonderful job with my 3 year old and Mei was awesome and fun to talk to. I lost a whole nail a few months ago after a previous acrylic set and Mei worked around it, making it look great. Will definitely be coming back here. The salon is clean and professional.

I made an appointment for two people a week in advance. when i got there, they had one person ready and took three walk ins before helping the other person i made an appt for. was there for over three hours for two manicures and two pedicures. they also tried to tell me that doing more than one color was “too difficult” and refused to do the almond shape i wanted. definitely not coming back.

I’ve never had fake nails before this May and to say i’m obsessed now is an understatement. I researched nail places in the area for a few hours before I decided to book with MV and i’m glad I did to say the least. My set is still very sturdy after a month and a half, my fills have all gone exceptionally well, the staff is very kind, professional, and always do a great job. Although, the last time I went in on a weekday there was a bit of a hick-up with my scheduling and a mix of location being understaffed that day which ended me making me an hour late to my 4:00 work shift when my appointment was at 2:30. Other than that experience, I have really enjoyed coming to MV and look forward to all of my other future appointments!

I treated my daughter and daughter in law along with myself. No a/c on a 90 degree day. My manicure had to be done sideways while having pedicure which was extremely uncomfortable, so not very relaxing. My daughter’s gel manicure all peeled within 4 days and since we had just left for vacation..couldn’t even have them redone. Pedicure, Gel manicures
