Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMuy spa has been my go to for a good massage, but today they lost me as a customer. The masseuse did not know how to operate the credit card machine to start, which was fine but then gave me a meat tenderizer kind of massage. I don’t think she had any idea of what she was doing. The whole thing was very rushed, in fact my 60 Minute massage only took 30 minutes. She apparently finished, but didn’t mention it to me, and just left me waiting in the room. Leaving was something she did several times while I was getting the massage, so that seemed normal….
