Lesley is amazing!!!! she’s always so kind and makes my eyebrows consistently one point. I don’t trust or go anywhere else. If you are in the OC area this is the place to go! They also opened up a new location in Crown Valley. I’m so happy to see these amazing women expand their business and it’s been a pleasure to watch it grow! I LOVE Muskan threading!!! I have been a customer for 4 years now and the quality of work that they do is awesome. Lesley is amazing!!!! she’s always so kind and makes my eyebrows consistently one point. I don’t trust or go anywhere else. If you are in the OC area this is the place to go! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will never set foot in here again. One lady was working yesterday and I felt like I was being tortured the entire time. I hv gone here before and hv had many eyebrow threading but nothing so painful. Under my brow is red and chewed up. She also stopped mid brow to answer the phone and had poor bedside manners. They also raised their prices : I wish I was able to post a pic on here of how. Chewed up my brows lookI will never set foot in here again. I will never set foot in here again. One lady was working yesterday and I felt like I was being tortured the entire time. I hv gone here before and hv had many eyebrow threading but nothing so painful. Under my brow is red and chewed up. She also stopped mid brow to answer the phone and had poor bedside manners. Outside still reads “BROWSTORY” !! Pinky and Leslie/ Luxmi are now here !!
