The service here was impeccable. I was offered a drink before starting. I had a dip manicure and I am very pleased with the results. I am unsure of the manicurist name (Lu) I think. He took his time to shape my nails and apply the dip. I will definitely go back. Next time dip plus pedicure.

Steer clear. I would never go back for any other service they offer. Both services I got were super rushed, the lady that did my pedicure kept slapping my feet & was so rude. It looks like a 2 year old painted my nails. & the lady that did my dip nails did not take her time to make sure they looked good. There was zero time spent cleaning up around the nails. After spending $100 they should be taking their time and giving you quality nails. Learn from my mistake and don’t go here.

For whatever reason, this woman cut the corner of my toenails off (in like a weird triangle shape) and ripped along the sides, almost like pulling an ingrown nail – which I’ve only had a handful of times in my life but almost completely expect once my nails grow out. For whatever reason, this woman cut the corner of my toenails off (in like a weird triangle shape) and ripped along the sides, almost like pulling an ingrown nail – which I’ve only had a handful of times in my life but almost completely expect once my nails grow out. Stopped by on a whim Saturday afternoon with my two little girls for a mommy/daughter date. My 4 yr old and I got our nails done and WOW they did an incredible job for two basic manicures! They were so kind, warm and welcoming to my girls and I, they treated my daughter with such respect and as her own little person (talking to her, asking her age appropriate questions, complimenting her, etc) and they gave me 0 issues, no attitude, nothing about my having my 2 yr old in my lap. We will be joining them again soon for pedicures and I can’t wait! This was by far the best manicure I have EVER received! I don’t get my nails often and there’s not a single hygienic, clean, sanitary place in Clarksville and this place checks all the boxes! They even opened my own tools in their own packs in front of me!

I went to Music City Nails for the first time today and will be a forever customer! Ha did my nails, and did such an amazing job! She was so meticulous with her work, making sure my nails were clean, and that I loved them when I left! All the employees seemed so kind 🙂 10/10! Dip powder

Overall a good experience. Although most of the techs speak really good English and that is awesome. One of the nail techs speaks fluent English and it really helps with helps with communication. My nails look good every time I’m there and their prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area.

This place is a complete joke. Sanitation practices are none existing. The manager and employee argued the whole time causing my nail tech to completely ruin my polish on my toes and my nail bed bleeding. I wouldn’t send an enemy here. Disappointed! I paid because that’s business like but I won’t be back and I’ll leave a review everywhere it allows.

i contemplated leaving a review but 1. I’m never 100% satisfied when i go here so why not… 2. I just got the worst eyebrow waxing of my life here. They are uneven and one is thinner and shorter than the other. All i can do is wait for them to grow back out but the dismissive and condescending tone from one nail tech when I expressed my dissatisfaction was very telling. They also tried to lie to my face like they saw nothing wrong with them when everyone i saw after i left could see the obvious mess she made . Take eyebrows off your service list or learn how to do better ones. Period.
