Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had my nails done on a Monday, and two days later they started to chip. I went to get them fixed but they were closed for the next three days. By the time I went back it had been a week. The owner said she couldn’t take me because her schedule was full. I told her I was working the next three days. The owner’s demeanor seemed irritated the whole time I was speaking with her. She also made me feel uncomfortable when she was raising her voice to her employee. The owner said she would only fix the four nails that were chipped. It’s not my fault that my nails had a thin layer of gel and they had been closed for three days. I spent $100 on my manicure and pedicure, which I felt they should remove the gel and put a new coat of gel on my nails. I will never go back here. Plus I find them rude – very abrupt answers and discriminatory – not everyone is treated the same. I don’t know how they decide who will get what treatment, because first time I was there I was treated very nice, for the same service. I went here based on reviews of good quality products. My nails chipped 3 days after the manicure, the top coat literally peeled off like a thin plastic layer. Plus I find them rude – very abrupt answers and discriminatory – not everyone is treated the same. I don’t know how they decide who will get what treatment, because first time I was there I was treated very nice, for the same service.
