It was my first and last time coming to this salon. I have always done my nails elsewhere but I moved to the area and so I thought I’d try this place. I had beautiful real nails with powder. So I had them redo them and within a a few days it chipped and all my real nails broke off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I only leave real accurate reviews, take your business elsewhere.

Went in just to have my gel removed. That’s all I wanted in the end they said it’s $20 extra because the “buffed/filed” my nails, which I asked her not to do. They just wanted to scam for the extra $20. Which honestly I don’t care about but the whole experience was just unprofessional. Definitely will not go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady Michelle kept leaving during my spa pedicure to clean up and then go into the back EVERY time she finished one thing. My feet were in the disgusting water.The environment was ridiculous. no barriers are up and customers with no masks, especially when they have a sign up for masks.Michelle counts her tip and comes to the front desk, looks as she was going to complain because once she looked up and saw me there, she walks away.This was a horrible experience!The lady Michelle kept leaving during my spa pedicure to clean up and then go into the back EVERY time she finished one thing. This rating is based on MASSAGE capabilities only, I have had two 30 minute chair massage in the past month. The first massage was OK, not great, but at the skill level and service for a nail salon situation, but the second massage was clearly in a broken chair which I pointed out to the gentleman massaging me twice during the massage. He tried to fix it twice and clearly it was not fixed, but he continued the massage and unfortunately it was extremely uncomfortable due to the headpiece continually slipping down to produce a hunched back. I kept moving it back into position when it slipped down far enough to be extremely uncomfortable (no less than 15 times) I proceeded to pay $45 for this half hour massage (high price to begin with) and at the same time complained politely to the front desk person as I paid her. I indicated that the chair is clearly broken which made for a very uncomfortable and inconvenient massage (clearly not worth $45) and that I don’t think the massage would have been bad if the chair wasn’t broken but I don’t believe the gentleman doing the massage understood what I was saying. She repeated what I said by saying ‘Maybe he did not understand you, (as if it were my fault) , we have another chair we could use, maybe next time you tell us to use the other chair.’ Clearly she didn’t care about this experience and was blaming me, the customer? Not in the mood to debate the implication that it was my fault that the gentleman did not understand what I was saying, I proceeded to tip the gentleman and left the salon shaking my head. It’s not his fault, but if I complained 2x, and he didn’t understand the complaint, he should’ve told another employee who would understand and they easily could have changed chairs. She has got to be insane if she thinks I’m going to go back there again! In my opinion, don’t waste your time, it’s clear to me now why the parking lot is always empty.
