Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked them to not not do so many things but the lady decided to take the whole design of my nails into her own hands. I tired communicating a different design but the lady barley understood what I was trying to tell her making the whole situation stressful. When I came back for a refund the man working the front desk got aggressive with the manager and PUSHED HER and slammed the drawer basically telling me to stop talking. I’m definitely going to be going back. The shop was very clean, though I’m not entirely sure the tools were cleaned before being used on me. Also, the young lady who did my nails was a little too rough. She ripped my natural nail trying to remove my acrylic even though it had just been done two weeks ago. And when she used the mail file she straight up cut me with the edge of it so now my finger is wicked sore.

At this point I’m never getting my nails done here again. The pedicures are pretty good but the nail quality here is subpar. The shaping is TERRIBLE and I’ve given quite a few techs a chance and it’s always the same issue. I always end up going home and fixing the shape. I had to ask several times for the shape to be fixed because they were very crooked (worse than this). Which leaves some nails skinnier than others and a terrible “coffin” shape. This is also supposed to be “ombré”….a kid can do better. After being there for over 2 hrs I just didn’t have it in me to keep complaining. Lesson learned and plan to never come again or only get pedicures.

I came here with a friend to have my nails done, I was very pleased with the Esthetics of the venue, very clean, very attentive to you when you walk in, BUT CONSUMER BEWARE THEIR PRICES ARE VERY MISLEADING. I came to only have my pedicure, I was convinced by the employees to have my nails done as well. I had a full set /gel nails and the a basic pedicure.. I normally pay about $75-80 with tip, but when I got ready to check out I was charged $115.00 w/o tip. I was completely floored and upset . The guy told me that they charged $20-$25 for a design… please review the pictures that I’ve attached opposed to what I got…ARE YOU SERIOUS! WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Got my nails done for the first time at this salon. I asked for dip powder nails w/extensions, I also asked for medium length, almond shaped nails and was told that it only looks better on longer nails. So I settled with an oval shape. At the end of the service, I was very unhappy with the outcome. My nails are too thick and bumpy, and also the shape looks awful! I also asked for the techs name and she told me #8. Well, I do not recommend #8 at all!

Idk y there are such negative reviews here. The ambiance is pretty and my nails look amazing. And it was done in pretty good time for the style I got. I knocked of a star because the top layer on my pedicure was thick and went a little beyond my nail bed. But nothing crazy. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Great place for a pedicure. Manicures are subpar and rushed. Been here a few time for acrylic fill in with no chip and haven’t been happy but wanted to give a few chances . Will return for pedicure but maybe not for manicure. Update: got a fill in with no chip yesterday and the polish already chipped. This is the second time I’ve had this happen.
