Great service and both lady’s where great. I had a Groupon for a 90 minute message and cupping. It’s been years since I had a message and have had messages that were too deep and left me in pain. This was perfect! She kept checking in on me and the entire experience was very relaxing. They have a membership that is a great deal as well. I took advantage as soon as she gave me the option. Run and get yourself some serious self care. I’ll be trying a facial next. Thank you lady’s!

My two Groupons expired which was $80 for 90 mins massage plus cupping each, but they said they would give me an hr massage each which was nice. However, the massage was terribly painful. It was apparent she had no massage skills. I told her that she was hurting me but she did not change the pressure. She was pushing into my body very hard. Then she had me pay $5 for taxes. I was not happy with the massage so I gave her $5 tip. She told me because of COVID-19 they are not taking any tip less than $10. What does COVID-19 has to do with a tip especially with terrible unsatisfactory service? I had already booked an appt for my husband on Father’s Day so I told him to go so as not to lose the $80 I paid for each session. She called me on Saturday the day before Father’s Day to cancel. She decided not to do any massage on Father’s Day. Very unprofessional. I called to reschedule a week ago and no one returned my call. I booked them on Groupon. Never again. Big mistake.

Decent massage & cupping.. however I had a Groupon and I didn’t know tax & tip weren’t included.. so I paid those and the lady had the nerve to tell me my tip wasn’t enough! It was 15% instead of 20% and boy that was upsetting.(I believe a tip is optional in American as well) lastly, I asked about buying more of the Groupons and she proceeded to tell me no just one time (yet when I went home I read on Groupon you can buy 11 more from that store) but they said no and starting to sell me a $50 gift card card for another service. Odd tactics.., I’ll be finding another place. (Especially after questioning my tip).
