Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis young lady is excellent!!!!!. Found her business via Google search, and I am extremely happy I went to her. Just the way she spoke to me on the phone told me immediately she is professional and polite. Although very booked and busy she took me on Saturday evening, and I must give her credit, although the time was running late, she delivered A+++ services. This young lady is excellent!!!!!. Found her business via Google search, and I am extremely happy I went to her. Just the way she spoke to me on the phone told me immediately she is professional and polite. Although very booked and busy she took me on Saturday evening, and I must give her credit, although the time was running late, she delivered A+++ services. Critical: PunctualityI was scheduled for a haircut and style at Muse at 3:30PM. To be fair, I was ten minutes late due to traffic and called to let her know; she told me it was fine. I arrived and no one in the salon was wearing a mask and the stylist (Hokie?) was still doing someone else’s hair. I was not asked to wear a mask but wore won anyway and also was not asked about my vaccine status.I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and ask her about her vaccine status when she was done with her customer but when it turned 4PM my discomfort became far too great. I asked her if she was vaccinated and when she hesitated, told her my personal reasons as to why I needed to know. She told me she wasn’t and canceled my appointment. I arrived and no one in the salon was wearing a mask and the stylist (Hokie?) was still doing someone else’s hair.
