Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismIt was my first time visiting the salon today. The staff was very friendly and nice. I had my hair done by Alex. I wanted short hair to my shoulders and face framing bangs and he did exactly like the pictures I showed him. He was very detailed with everything he was doing. I have thick hair and he took his time with every section and made sure with me if I liked it. Also, the scalp massage he gave was the best. It was my first time visiting the salon today. The staff was very friendly and nice. I had my hair done by Alex. I wanted short hair to my shoulders and face framing bangs and he did exactly like the pictures I showed him. He was very detailed with everything he was doing. I have thick hair and he took his time with every section and made sure with me if I liked it. Also, the scalp massage he gave was the best. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI haven’t got a haircut since the quarantine because if I’m being honest, I didn’t want to risk getting covid. My hair got too long over the few months to the point where I had no choice but to find a safe place where I could get my hair done. After asking around, I heard about this place called “Muse Hair Salon” I went and got a perm and I felt very safe and I was regretting not cutting my hair sooner. You can only go in once you’ve made a call reservation and when you walk in, you will probably be the only person at the entire salon. When I walked in, there were two people including me and the other person was sitting on the opposite side far from where I got sat and that person left quickly after I started getting my hair cut. Overall, I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the salon and how professional my barber was. I highly recommend requesting for “Monica” as your barber. She was very professional and we even had conversations while cutting my hair so time flied.
