So you walk in and it smells so nice in there! And all the seats are super comfy! Also the staff is super friendly and they are miracle workers. They sat down and explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions and listened and answered them. They really did everything to sooth my anxiety. I walked in and basically had no upper lip but I walked out with an upper lip and it looks so natural. The front staff even hyped me up before I left! Every time I look in the mirror I want to cry I’m so happy. Definitely will be going back. I used to always take pictures covering my lips because they were so small now I’m taking all these photos. I’ve been looking forward to get a facial done at that place for a long time . Finally the time has came and I got an appointment,I was so excited going there. However, to my misfortune the very first time that I get a service done there I get so shamelessly mistreated!!!! I had discussed the procedures that I was gonna get and the Price of it! When I was able to get an appointment there I confirmed the price again. Then when it was time to pay I was over charged, because something extra was done to me that I didn’t ask for nor was aware of!!!! I’m absolutely devastated. I basically got robbed. Well that sets a tone for that place. I’m sure they are used to treating their clients that way. First time there is the last time. No trust anymore!
