TRUST!! This is something that doesn’t come easy, to ourselves or each other sometimes. It plays a big role in ours and others lives each day. In this particular post, I’m referring to the trust you have to have in yourself and the process of working out and recovering. Sure, you’re told things to do with the workouts to better them and yourself, like, rolling out, stretching out, going heavier, etc. However, you are also given that same advice in the recovery department, you have to do some stretching and range of motion exercises to get that blood flowing, before or after a workout, or just in general, if you don’t work out. This will allow your muscles to heal more rapidly in for you to keep your regimen and get better.

Fantastic!! I have gotten many massages over the years but the one by Chris today is definitely one of the tops. I struggle with pretty severe back, hip, IT band, and neck issues plus with the intense work outs I’ve been doing can put additional strain on those areas. Chris really worked hard on my tough areas and my muscles are loving it. My body is more relaxed and looser than it was. Feeling like a new person!
