Ever since I can remember I’ve always been a helper and a people person and Massage bridges that for me. To be able to form working relationships with my clients while helping them break their pain cycle is extremely rewarding for me. I use an orthopedic and specific approach to massage to alleviate sore muscles and restore proper range of motion. I also work with clients after their massage to correct any postural problems and try to pinpoint what might be the source of their pain.
