I went here with my granddaughter because she goes here regularly. Big mistake for me. Her nails looked really good and she was happy with her pedicure. Me on the other hand could not be more dissatisfied. Pedicure was poorly done. Left with calluses that she did not even touch. I asked for a hot pink color and they tried to do a bright red and said that is what I asked for. Was not. After pedicure I got a full set of dip nails which I normally go every three weeks. It has been 5 days and my nails are chipping. Top coat coming off. Which I do not understand why you would put a light cured top coat over dip anyway. Never had that done before. Needless to say I am extremely upset. And I do not have the time nor the money now to get them redone and going in a trip this weekend with jacked up nails.

‼️‼️‼️ I had the worst experience! I will never go back! I have been going to this salofor maybe over 2 years off and on! I went last Wednesday to get my nails done 2 nails broke (this is not the 1st time) i was asked to come in today at 6! I didn’t mind to wait i saw they were busy! But one of the nail tech seem upset they asked her to fix my nails. She was very rude with me when i asked I don’t think that’s the right color and i was told well it gets darker! I understand she was upset that she didn’t have to take it out on the customer! I paid for my nails! I just want to cry!!!! I would give no stars

Poor products used. This is only after a week but the cracks started maybe after 3 days. And slowly have just been falling off. I won’t ever go here again. Tech was nice but the products are awful & work is cheap. I pay too much money for my nails to be falling off after a week. Dip powder

Sorry for the graphic picture, but it’s needed for an accurate rating. Although the chairs were relaxing, the drinks were complimentary, and the people were nice… My “relaxing pedicure” ended in pain and discomfort for a few days. I spent a considerable amount of money here, and was ignored when I requested a buff polish. I was shrugged off and suggested a painted polish. The nail tech was working so fast that she cut the inside cuticle of my toe. I have no idea what she was doing, but it was definitely not needed. She knew she cut me, but didn’t mention it and moved on. It has been hurting for over a week now. If Musa would refund or provide a future voucher, that would be a good first step. Even if the tech hadn’t hurt me, the pedicure would still be low on my approval.

YES YES YES!!!!!! After going to 9 different Nail studios, I finally found the one! There are a lot of different studios in this area, but these wonderful ladies are awesome, and gentle. Kim did my pedicure, she was so gentle and funny, very sweet. Lynh did my dip nails, she was quiet, but did a fantastic job! I will be back for sure. Last but not least, it’s important that the studio was clean, the tools they is came out of a sterilized bag! Important!!!!!!

I recently moved into the area and visited this salon on 3 different locations. I received a pedicure all three times and shellac mani the first time. On the first visit, it was good. Pedicure was great, tech was attentive and gave a good foot massage. The shellac manicure could have been better. She didn’t go back to correct the edges which were left lifted once they dried. The second pedicure was good, but this third visit was not the best. The tech had zero customer service skills. The pedicure felt rushed (I even had an appt), she never offered me a drink, barely any massage and I had to ask her to file my nails right before she applied the polish. You could tell my toenails were not smooth. Sadly, will be looking for a new spot.

Made an appointment and had to wait 30 mins before any services started. Asked them if they would do a design for a kid with regular nail polish. They said yes at the counter but the nail tech said after getting to the polish part that it was not possible and had to be shellac. Got my acrylics off and asked for my nails to be cleaned but nail tech didn’t do a thorough job … she tried … but I was expected to use nail brushes by the sink to actually get them clean. If I knew that I’d be doing the job myself I wouldn’t have bothered coming to a salon. I don’t get my nails done often and wanted to give myself and my niece a nice treat but this whole experience felt like I wasted my time and money to be honest.
