One of her facial machines broke during my initial visit, so I was unable to receive the full treatment booked. Shannon apologized profusely, substituted alternative treatments during my service, comped my bill, gave me a complementary full size product, and offered a discount voucher for my next booking. She clearly puts her clients first, and I’ve now been back a handful of times. Each visit has been top notch!! Shannon uses quality products and is amazing at both facials and massage.
