Jo listens to your body and knows exactly what spots to hit. I’ve been going to her for over 2 years now and I wouldn’t go to any other massage therapist unless it was absolutely necessary. I don’t get massages for relaxation. I get them to help the inflammation in my body and she is very knowledgeable about why she thinks something might be happening in your body and gives ideas on stretches and things to do with your body. I highly recommend her!
