I had an incredible experience getting my haircut from Mary. She shampooed my hair with a relaxing scalp massage and a hot towel for my face. She was beyond knowledgeable about haircare products and easily could explain what I needed to get the look I wanted. She cut my hair perfectly and I’m continuously getting compliments. Mary is such a great stylist and colorist and I LOVE going to see her!! I’m sort of hair obsessed and I trusted her right away because she has so much knowledge and experience – plus she really CARES about her clients and their happiness. When I first started seeing Mary, I’d had some surgery on my ear (weird, I know) and had a scar behind my ear. She was extra conscious, making sure I felt comfortable throughout and that meant a lot to me. Not only do I love my color and cut but it’s so nice to visit her studio and connect with her without all the hustle bustle of busy salon…the experience is truly lovely and leaving with great hair is a bonus :).

Mary is amazing with blond highlights! She uses my natural color (dark blond and some gray) so that while my hair is growing out, it looks so much better than I’ve ever seen it in the past. She’s a true artist who really works with my natural color to create an overall natural look. I’m able to go about 10 weeks in between visits and even then, it’s still looking pretty good because there’s no distinct “line” for the new growth. I’m sure she’s great with all hair colors but I’ve been getting blond highlights for years and she’s definitely one of the very best I’ve come across.

I am VERY picky when it comes to my stylists. I was forced to look for a new stylist and bounced around with a couple before I found Mary. She knew EXACTLY what I needed without a ton of instruction. Result: couldn’t be happier with the cut!! Week 1, looked fab! Going into Week 10, still look fab!
