I wish I could give them a 0. I had called to book an appointment for a full set of acrylic toes nails (fake nails if you aren’t aware) and was told it’d be $55-$65 depending on the length. When I came in for my appt the gal doing my nails didn’t want to do acrylics on my toes and said stuff like “You don’t need those” “Those don’t last” “Your nails are good now” etc. if I ask for something, especially after you say you can do it, I fully expect it to be done w out complaints/opinions. If you don’t want to do a service don’t offer it. Needless to say they painted my toes after filing them down as short as possible. They were not worth anywhere near the $60 they had me pay. I will never recommend this place. This is all I wanted.

M&T is the best place in Alex! It’s best to call, even for a same day appt. They take the extra minute to make things good. You get a 5% discount if you pay with cash.

This is by far one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. They put a gel coat on my dip powder nails which made it look like I had clubbed fingers. The man doing my nails also clearly was watching the technician next to him doing dip and had no idea what he was doing. The man doing my nails didn’t even shape the nails and didn’t have my wash my hands to get the dust off so it was visible when everything was said and done. My pedicure was rushed. I ended up going to a different salon a week later and the difference was insane.

I can honestly say I have NEVER had such an amazing experience at a nail salon before. We got pedicures for my best friends birthday and we didn’t call to tell them to do what they did. They put up a banner for her AND spelt her name right. They made homemade egg rolls for us and served us wine. They went ABOVE and BEYOND!!

Very friendly staff, exquisite atmosphere, and amazing nails. I switched from a different nail salon recently. Ee went out of his way to stay late to finish my manicure, when he absolutely didn’t have too; that is customer service.
