Horrible experience ! Unprofessional staff …the lady in the second chair from the door cut my cuticles and created hang nails! Literally…I asked her why she was cutting the skin off of the side of my finger and she said ..”some customers like that””.. I said ok well I don’t and she was putting 2 acrylic nails on my pinky nails and literally used the same machine over and over making my nail sore and then cutting my Skin and making me bleed because I stated as a customer that you should not cut the skin off of the side of my finger..not my nail ..she asked me what color?..I let her know I no longer wanted her to do my nails Because she was fought she cut me twice and she was rude because I expressed that I didn’t like her cutting the sides of my finger..the young girls were nice but ..that was REAL WICKED AND I WILL PROBABLY NEVER RETURN..My Cousin is a regular and I tried to give the spot a try because I use to go years ago when they were owned by Lin but ..yeah ..it’s a No go to CINDERELLA Nail in MASSAPEQUA better quality staff and customer service…here’s for the cut and poor quality service along with the injury they dismissed and the owner said “that’s because she want to separate your mail from your cuticle..I get my nails done every 3 weeks and never had someone make an excuse like that instead of apologizing and taking a few dollars off (not that I was looking for that )but instead of taking accountability I was dismissed and told it’s ok !!my nails are ok…the diamonds are crooked and I feel like I wasted my money and time the young girl with the blonde hair was kind high spirited and energetic I left and came back should have just stayed maybe my experience would have been more pleasant ♀️

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went there for a pedicure and they washed my feet in hand soap. Also, none of the tools are individualized, so they weren’t sanitized before hand. The workers are nice, but kindness doesn’t equate to the quality of the pedicure. The acrylics were good, seeing as that is what the photos are from.Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure
