Definitely agree with other reviewers who have said Missy is professional, timely, friendly, funny, and keeps you distracted with constant conversation during the waxing session. Also, you are supporting a small, independent business!! She also does Groupons, and packages that make the pricing very reasonable. Scheduling is easy since she uses the Schedulicity platform.

She is cheaper than others and reliable and on time. However, she is not good for sensitive skin… she waxes with hard wax and cloth stops, which is more aggressive for the skin. I got 2 scars going to her. She doesn’t use baby powder and she doesn’t pull the skin taut. She goes fast which some people like but she isn’t patient if you say you need to breathe. I will never go back, after years of waxing I’ve never gotten so many ingrown and scars from aggressive waxing that is not good for sensitive skin.

If a brazilian wax could ever be considered fantastic, this is it! My skin is completely sensitive and Missy knew exactly how to treat my skin before, during, and after the entire process! I’ve been getting waxed for years, and this is by far the best. She makes you feel completely comfortable and the place is cute and clean. Hands down the best wax experience I’ve ever had and will only go back to her. Plus, I bought it as a groupon so that was a bonus.
