Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called MSPA today seeking a treatment. I wanted to confirm that they offer the treatment service as I had a hard time locating it on their website. When I asked the person over the phone if they offered botox treatment she laughed a little. I explained that I just wanted to confirm. I was a new patient looking for a closer service provider. I explained the areas I was looking to treat and she explained that they charge by the area. Because of her customer service over the phone I said I would call back. The price was 700 and I would gladly have paid that if she did not laugh at the start of the conversation and if the customer service she delivered was the way that it should have been when a new clients is calling to obtain services. The reason why I called was because of the reviews via google and yelp.
