The staff stands outside the store and yells at other mall employees to try to make them shop- not asking them to come in, but straight up yelling. I just heard staff yell “Ma’am! Sir! Ma’am” at the SAME PERSON when he walked past the store. They aren’t getting any business by yelling at random men for no reason.

They sell their service and then will not reverse a sale under any condition. They do not care if their product works or not and even if you have a reaction, they won’t return your money or take back unopened product. They lie on dispute forms that the bank sends. Better have a witness if you visit that store and they will still lie.
