Teresa is an absolute godsend. From scheduling to checking me in the sweet woman up front was helpful and welcoming. I had never had a facial before and will be getting them regularly. Not only did she give me an awesome experience, but she taught me about my skincare at the same time. Not to mention, she has an awesome personality and I genuinely can’t wait for my next appt. I had been getting laser hair removal treatment at Mrs. Sues Med Spa for 3 months. When I had arrived for my next hair removal appointment they informed me that their laser had been out for a few weeks. They did not call or text to allow time for me to find another spa as laser hair removal is time sensitive. I had to start my treatment over at a new spa. They did not offer a refund, and as a result I lost over $600 dollars. Very unprofessional!!

Mrs Sues is the best place for anti-aging products. She has the best deals and only sells you what you need and does not push products on you just to make a sale. I have been going to Mrs Sues for around 10 years now or every since she started and I would not change to any one else because Mrs Sue and her staff are the best !! You will never go wrong going to Mrs Sues!!

This is the best spa ever. They give you the best service for the most amazing prices and the products they carry our medical grade and actually work. For your birthday they send you out a certificate for a free massage or a discount on the products that you use. They know how to keep customers and I’m going through withdrawals since I moved away to Brentwood and cannot find as good of a quality of that spa here. Seriously everything in Brentwood and Franklin is overpriced and even if I paid double what I would pay at Ms Sues I still don’t get the quality of service I have become used to. I’m going to try another spa and if it doesn’t meet my expectations I just may have to do the hour commute so a two hour round-trip just to get these amazing services. If you’re on a budget take advantage of their monthly specials as other spas around me actually charge you a membership fee to get specials that Ms Sue offers everyone free of charge.
