I really wanted to like this place! There’s tons of good reviews and the workers were very friendly and attentive. But the actual nails they gave me are a bit sloppy, and if I wanted sloppy nails I would have just done them myself. 🙁

This nail salon has great customer service & reasonable prices. After my Mom & I came here for the 1st time, about 2 years ago, we never went anywhere else. It’s also very conveniently located next to Whole Foods & Rite Aid. If you live in the area, for sure check them out. You’ll be very glad you did.

I went here two weeks ago, and to start off they made both my thumb cuticles bleed (the photo was after a couple days of healing). And two of acrylics popped off on their own after only two weeks of having them.. never had an acrylic just come off completely without force. On the plus side the owner and employees were friendly for what I understood and even shared a cool hack with me. But I don’t think I will ever be returning. Just a heads up their website prices are not updated so instead of the $35 I thought it was going to be for each me and my 2 sisters, it was $45 each?? The full hand photo is the day the acrylics were applied.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent in for a polish change and manicure. The polish change was what it was but was 12 dollars which I found kinda ridiculous. The manicure was worse; the tech was on his phone the whole time that I asked for him just to finish so I could pay and leave…no polish. Not only was this the worst manicure I’ve ever received but I was charged 18 dollars for a file and cut cuticle. I minus well have dropped 20 dollars on the floor. Went in for a polish change and manicure. The polish change was what it was but was 12 dollars which I found kinda ridiculous. The manicure was worse; the tech was on his phone the whole time that I asked for him just to finish so I could pay and leave…no polish. Once again never disappointed ☺️ loved loved loved my nails Vivian did for me asked for a flower as well and she did such a beautiful simple freestyle. Ive given this place a couple of tries but no more. My first experience i had to return the next day and get my nails shortened..the 2nd time i came in i showed the man a pic of what i wanted and was told they could do it..the man started my nails Halfway threw he had a lady take over who didnt know what i wanted..she answered a phone call while doing my nails. Which i feel is unprofessional. I dont go to mcdonalds order food and while theyre fixing my order dont stop and pick up theyre cell phones…my nails are not slender and short like i asked nor is it anywhere near the pic i showed the man i wanted. I left with nail polish on my fingers and the underneath part of my nails u can still see the super glue and my own nails..horrible. the treat u like cattle herding you in an out as fast as possible and do what they want..if i ask you for a certain look and you say u can do it then why as the nail tech you have me pick out the color? go some where else..oh and then they charged me 40 bucks when a fill is only 20…funny how that worked out..
