When it first opened it was great and clean. Now it is just filthy. I am sure they can afford to buy new polish considering the pricing and “cash” discount, so they can report half of earnings to the IRS! Also, kept getting infections after waxing eyebrows …prob full of germs! Will not go back there. The only positive was the person who did my nails!

I highly recommend this salon. Aside from being clean and pretty (which is rare for nail salons), they do a great job and management actually cares about the customers. I’ve been going here consistently for a year. I never make an appointment with a particular person because they all usually do a good job. On my recent visit, I wasn’t too pleased with a particular nail tech (which is fine- everyone has bad days) and management stepped in and made sure I was happy. I always say that businesses are allowed to make mistakes but it’s how management deals with that mistake that defines them. This business gets 5 stars from me because they check all the boxes I want for a nail salon.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The set looked fine but was overpriced ($85) for xl length with French tip design. I understand charging extra for length and design but that is ridiculous. Then one day after coming in for this set both my index finger nails broke. I asked simply for someone to fix them the next day I came in. I was told they broke Bc they are “too long”. No simply not true. I always go to different salons and get XL length nails and they do not break the next day. I would expect them to be nicer to their customers and not shade/blame them for the nails they enjoy especially when they are pricy sets and I am willing to pay any price if they looked good. Then she purposely made my index finger nails shorter then the rest of the nails even though I did not tell her to do that I don’t know if that’s because she wants to prevent them from breaking again but I did not ask for that. I’m just saying don’t come here if you enjoy XL acrylic sets.

I have been searching for a new regular nail place for a while. I’ve tried perfect 10 twice and was very happy with the cleanliness of the salon. Everyone is very friendly, quick and efficient. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I am not completely happy with the powder gel manicure. After a week it starts to crack. I’ve had powder gel in the past and it lasts 2-3 weeks. I will try one more time before moving on because this place is convenient and I loved their pedicure.

I always make an appt to be considerate of her time and she is always ready for me when I get there. What I love about her work is that she is so good at cleaning up my cuticles with my manis. I recently started going to this salon for powder gel and I always make an appt with Trina. She is so good at SNS if you’re interested in that. I always make an appt to be considerate of her time and she is always ready for me when I get there. What I love about her work is that she is so good at cleaning up my cuticles with my manis. They are all polite and the salon is super clean and well-kept. My gel lasts longer at this salon than my last one. I go every 2.5 weeks or so. Definitely recommend!

The first thing I did when I heard that the nail salon just opens, is to make an appointment. The first thing I did when I heard that the nail salon just opens, is to make an appointment.
