They are very clean & friendly! Comfortable atmosphere and good price❤️ Those other places have walls of crusty polish and creaky massage chairs. No wondering if they’re talking bad about those crusty talons you’ve neglected for the season. Just come here instead of looking around town. It’s worth it. Walked in without an appointment yesterday and the ladies were cleaning. They stopped what they were doing and said they could give me a gel pedicure and manicure that I wanted. They were very nice and helpful. No one else was in there so they were able to take their time. Been a long time since I went to a nail salon and will definitely be going back here. The lady I had did a fantastic job.

I knew that trying to get a pedicure on mother’s day weekend would be a challenge. No worries, no problem. I walked in and was greeted and I asked if they took walk-ins. No problem she said. Then another person chimed in and told me it would be a long wait. No problem I said, where do I sign in. No sign in she said, and no appointments, and then repeated it would bea long wait at if to discourage me. I asked how long and was told 2 1/2 hours. Yikes!! Again I asked if I could sign in and then come back. She said no, we don’t hold spots, will I call you for your turn. I’m like hour do you know who’s next? I said, so you expect me to sit here with no guarantee of getting in or what order everyone is in, for more than two hours? Hey answer, yes. And she went back to her work. I looked at her, laughed, and said, no and buh bye. RIDICULOUS way to run a salon, especially on a busy day.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy sister and I started using Ms Nail last year when salons where allowed to open again. My sister is special needs and I am so thankful they take their time and make her feel special. We get color changing nails every month and I get my ring finger done as a accent nail with usually a hand drawn design. Elizabeth is excellent and I have never been disappointed in any nail we have done. I have used different nail techs pre pandemic and the reason for going to Ms Nail was schedule conflict at first however these ladies have now became our go to salon and we would not go anywhere else. My sister and I started using Ms Nail last year when salons where allowed to open again. My sister is special needs and I am so thankful they take their time and make her feel special.
