So my son has been coming here for about a year now for shampoos and retwist for special events (I usually retwist and wash it myself due to cost). We have been very happy with the results. I did however have an interesting event occur today. I had been trying to set an appointment for my daughter to get her butterfly locs taken down which was a cost of $85 (includes wash and blow dry). When you book an appointment you have to pay $25 for services less than $100 and $50 for services $100 or more as a deposit for your appointment. The issue was when I went to purchase my service it wanted the whole $85 instead of the deposit of $25. No problem I called and let the owner know and she said she’d have it fixed and to try on 30 minutes. I did and it gave the option to pay the deposit but the price was raised to $100! Me asking about a deposit made the service price go from $85 to $100…Like wow! I pray this was a mistake but I doubt it.

Very good location. I have been a customer for over 8 yrs. Keisha is always very polite and friendly to her customers. Always loved my locs and style after each appointment. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone experience with that style of hair.

1st time here. Kia did my wash and retwist. Spoke with Keisha when I called. They let me come walk in even with clients who had appointments I was in and out fairly quick. They worked with me with the type of product I wanted to use since I dont like bees wax or gels in my locs. They offered me a light weight shea butter their mom had made and I LOVE it. A little pricey for just a wash and retwist (no style) but I should’ve asked the price over the phone. All in all, good experience.
