Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThey recently changed their name from Sana Day Spa to MS Day Spa. I have been coming here for years for different services and every time I am met with respectful staff who are considerate of individualizing customers’ needs. There is usually no wait time even if you go there as a walk-in. They are using detailed safety measures during COVID and I feel safe going there every time. I am glad that even if I go there after years, I get to see the same smiling faces – says a lot about their staff retention! They recently changed their name from Sana Day Spa to MS Day Spa. I have been coming here for years for different services and every time I am met with respectful staff who are considerate of individualizing customers’ needs. There is usually no wait time even if you go there as a walk-in. They are using detailed safety measures during COVID and I feel safe going there every time. MS Day Spa is the safest, most professional and customer centric beauty salon in Chantilly. Before discovering this gem, I have tried many other places and nothing compares to MS Day Spa. I have been going here for last three years to get my eyebrows done. She made sure to constantly communicate about what I wanted. Usually there is some level of pain when threading, but with her, I didn’t feel any pain at all! She made sure to constantly communicate about what I wanted. Usually there is some level of pain when threading, but with her, I didn’t feel any pain at all!
