You can just tell she is very genuine and cares for her clients. When I need an appointment she will always try to squeeze me in or go out of her way to get things done. I got my eyebrows and upper lip done by Promila and I have never been so happy with the results!! She did such an amazing job threading my brows. I got my upper lip waxed thinking it would be the most painful thing ever but she really made it feel painless and it was quick.
