This is how the color turned out on my nails which was no where near what the sample showed it was supposed to look like. The lady accidentally put 2 gel coats on one hand, and only one gel coat on the other hand, so my one hand was far darker than the other. The color I picked from their color samples was a light pink. This is how the color turned out on my nails which was no where near what the sample showed it was supposed to look like. The lady accidentally put 2 gel coats on one hand, and only one gel coat on the other hand, so my one hand was far darker than the other. I asked for oval shape and she made some fingers oval, and some almond.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE!!!!Most HORRIBLE nail shop in Long Beach,MS. I came there to get a short square set with white acrylic. The lady who did my nails was very rough with my nails and did a horrible job. My nails were no we’re near a square shape. They were very bulky and uneven. I told her that I didn’t like the way she was doing my nails throughout the entire process of her doing them and she ignored me. I had things to do afterwards so I planned on coming back to get them soaked off and maybe re-done. I called to let her know I didn’t like my nails again and told her I was coming to get them soaked off. Once they were soaked off I asked for my remaining balance left. The soak off cost $10.00. I paid $45.00 originally. I asked for $35.00 back. The lady who did my nails and a man began to argue with me even though she had already agreed to give me a refund. I told her that I am not going to be out of $45.00 and have to go to a different nail shop the next day because they aren’t done.I’m usually not the type of person to complain about my nails so when I do I expect for them to be fixed. Both of the individuals who I dealt with were very rude and unprofessional and I will not be back. What type of business argues with a customer?How can you be upset because someone doesn’t like your work ?The customer is the reason why your in business in the first place.I try to go to different nails shops along the coast to try something new but this nails shop has left a very back taste in my mouth and I will not be trying any new nail shop anytime soon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE!!!!Most HORRIBLE nail shop in Long Beach,MS. I came there to get a short square set with white acrylic. The lady who did my nails was very rough with my nails and did a horrible job. My nails were no we’re near a square shape. They were very bulky and uneven.
