Mrs. Ken is lovely but Maya’s behavior and unprofessionalism is deplorable. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday and the place was all locked up. I called multiple times to see what was up with the phone ringing and then completely going to voicemail indicating she closed her phone. Maya did not inform Mrs. Ken of any possible circumstances that may have arisen to postpone my appointment. I just went for the first time today and will most definitely be coming back! Mrs. Ken was so welcoming and truly truly cares for her clients. I have extremely sensitive skin and my eyebrows usually blow up after a wax but not this time. This was easily the most painless eyebrow waxing I’ve ever gotten. My skin tends to get irritated after going to the European Wax Centre, but after my appointment Mrs Ken, I don’t think I’ll ever go back there. She made sure to clean and prep all materials, washed her hands, wore gloves, etc. It is very apparent that she takes great pride in what she does. Mrs. Ken is an absolute treasure. I feel so lucky to have found her and am always blown away at the quality of her work. I am not someone who enjoys waxing. I have tried other places (a couple different european wax centers) and nothing comes close to what she does. I feel so comfortable and feel like I am talking to an old friend. She is really lovely and I appreciate her so much.

Mrs. Ken is the best!! I cannot say enough good things about her- she gives you her cell phone number and is very accommodating. She uses the best wax which makes it less painful and talks to you the whole time like an old friend which really helps to relax me! I have never felt uncomfortable. If you need a wax of any kind I definitely recommend Mrs. Ken- I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
