Worst place you could go to I went in for a touchup I had chocolate Burgundy with blonde highlights I came out with orange hair no highlights burnt hair OMG I couldn’t believe it I wanted to cry the lady said that in a week my highlights will show and I still had pay her 85 bucks For burnt hair and making me look like a carrot head. Plus I wasn’t the only one there mad about the way there hair came out.

Prior to coming to Mr. Richards my hair was unhealthy and would never grow. I’ve been coming to this salon consistenly for the past 1 1/2 yrs for all my haircuts, color and highlights. My hair is now healthy and continues to grow. I would never go anywhere else, Xochilt does an amazing job!!

I went to have a cut and color and after 4 hours and $75.00 I left with a bad cut and bright ORANGE color! I left shop and drove directly to a drugstore to buy a dark brown hair dye to fix the ORANGE color I had!
