I’m a woman with short hair. Kevin always gives me the BEST hair cut. He listens to every detail and he delivers. I’m excited every time I sit in his hair. He doesn’t rush, and before he’s done he always asks if there’s anything else HE can do for ME. How awesome is that?! I bring my son here as well. They focus on perfection and customer satisfaction. The experience that I had at Mr. Freshcut wasn’t what I quite expected. I had made an appointment to get a haircut with Rick and without any consideration or a call ahead of time telling me he was not able to cut my hair just left without even apologizing or bringing up the situation. Another barber told me to take a seat and in my head I’m expecting for Rick to finish up cutting the last person, but that wasn’t the case. He left and did not say anything to me. I drove about 25 minutes expecting to get a haircut from him and needed a haircut for a special event coming up this weekend. I was already frustrated and didn’t want to make this ride go to waste I gave this barber a chance. Although the barber was very nice I did not like my haircut. I showed them a picture of how I normally get it and explained what I keep and not keep and also asked specifically for a low fade when I received a high fade. I felt I was being dismissed on both sides from Rick and this barber cutting me by not listening to what I exactly asked for and even showed an example of what I wanted. I thought it was unprofessional for Rick to leave without consideration and should have called me to reschedule or simply cancel my appointment. The price I paid for the haircut does not meet the expectation or quality and experience that I received at this place. The fade was uneven and cut way too high. The situation was very frustrating and disappointing.

Love the barbers. The only downside is that the kids haircuts are rather expensive. I like the atmosphere and the barbers are pretty laid back. I’ll definitely keep going just not as often as I would like.
