My family and I have been loyal customers for over 15+ years and we loved Steven and Anna for all our mani/pedi/haircut/color/highlight etc.I typically got my nails done often by Steven, and sometimes by Anna and Danny too. However, for our brows we typically went to Sehar’s New Look in Absecon. A couple weeks back my mom and I went to Bruno’s to get our brows done due to our usual brow place being closed, and apparently a new older Vietnamese lady is the only one who does brows now they stated. We showed her the pic of the arched-like shape we usually get, and she waxed both of our brows extremely thin (from our naturally thick brows), and made them super round in a literal “U” shape for some reason. We paid and tipped, and went home and tried to fix our own brows, but it was no way possible. It has been a couple weeks now and our brows are still in a pretty bad shape, and I think it’s safe to say we won’t be returning anymore. Furthermore, in the past and even now Anna has ALWAYS had a smart mouth and snarky comments about everything from my appearance and many other things from head to toe. I noticed she asks customers with poor reviews to call her to fix things, however she is the type to always argue with you even if she is in the wrong. One time a couple years back, she even yelled “your legs are EXTREMELY hairy” while giving me a pedicure and laughed in front of many other customers loudly, even tho I just got them waxed just the day before which was so embarrassing for me. She also talks poorly about customers right after they leave, and even her own employees sometimes in English with no shame. Despite the snarky, backhanded, and humiliating comments we still came for their good service and for the other kind employees, but never again.

I’m a regular at this place.. I left my wallet there last night and I have camera footage from my dash cam that I didn’t come out with it and they’re telling me they don’t have it. Well you might feel like you got free money but you lost 100 at least every two weeks. Will not be returning. I’m a hairstylist and when my clients leave stuff behind I would never think about taking anything.

They place dirty tools in a sterilization pouch, close it, then walk to a client and open it again – right in front of me. There’s no actual cleaning or sterilizing. My mother is likely to lose a nail due to fungus – and yes, they were immediately made aware and denied responsibility for it. They said that her nail was too wet when they applied the acrylic, then they said it was something she did, then they blamed a salon she hadn’t been to in over a year.
