Best haircut in downtown Chicago. Cesar and Peter will take care of you, and it’s a great chance to treat yourself and indulge. Finished off with a straight razor finish and a shoulder massage. This is not the place to go for a “quick, cheap cut.” This is a place to go if you want the old school barbershop experience. I’ll be going back regularly.
