Staff was kind enough, not very interactive. Got manicures with my Mom before I went in for carpal tunnel surgery, hoping I wouldn’t have to worry about hang nails, etc during recovery. Unfortunately, the work done was very disappointing. Polish all over my cuticles, inconsistent layers that are very obvious and, less than a week later, I already had a chip on one of my nails. With gel polish!

Bree is the best. Have gotten my nails done many times before and this is my favorite! Visiting from Tucson and they were very welcoming. Very clean, open, and relaxed. You also get a free drink. Great professional and friendly work.

Really hope this situation will get a major improvement. My first pedicure was great. The second not so great and the latest third time was very far from a charm. Cuticles and skin around my toes have snipped up little bits of skin all over, my heals hurt and are all rough and chewed up. The extra fee for the callous removal with the metal cheese grater tool is not worth it, my feet were smother before.

I love this place! They always do such a great job with my nails and are understanding that I’m a dork and have SUPER ticklish feet, so they don’t try to go over board with the pomice stone or callous removal stuff. I highly recommend this establishment for your nail needs! They also handle large groups with grace and ease (with notice), I had a group of about 17 in September for my wedding, they were prepared for us, ready with drinks and got us all out on time to get across town for the rehearsal!

I used to love this place but when I asked for ombré, and showed a reference photo, I got the worst paint job I have ever had. She kept telling me it was my fault for not being specific but I had a photo reference.. She tried sending me home with these nails. They fixed it by painting over the whole thing but I was there for over 2 hours. DO NOT ASK FOR OMBRÉ HERE!
