Critical: Professionalism, ValueI called to scheduled an appointment, and the woman kept hanging up on me, they refused to answered the phone, they can’t take constructive criticism, speaking in their language. I came in one day, for a pedicure, and they usually asked you which one do you want. I normally don’t need much just a simple pedicure. There’s a young guy name Tony, he really wanted me to get the most expensive pedicure in their selection menu. So I said yes, that’s ok, just make sure you give me a long massage, so he said yes, I will, towards the end, he barely massaged my feet, and tried to get away with not doing one. I made a comment, then he says, its $10 for ten minutes, I said ok, he gives me 5 minutes, and extremely short massage and since I worked long hours and on my feet, I needed one because my feet was sore. He stopped at 5 minutes and I say that’s not 10 minutes. He says, its 10 minute, I said yeah okay, and I am not paying $10 dollars. I leave and I called the manager. She said he will do it next time. That’s when I called I again and she hangs up on me, they are a bunch of cheaters. I don’t recommend this place, and I do not trust them they picked they’re customers, if you complaint, they don’t want your business, very unprofessional.. I wasn’t worry because there’s several places in the area. I thought this place was good, because not many people there, now I know why, there’s not a lot of people there.
