I got power nails and pedicure with extra $5 polish that is supposed to last longer. Powder nails is supposed to last more than 3 weeks in my 5 year experience. However, my every tip of nail started to chip after 1 week. To the point, my nails hurt. The manager insisted that the guarantee is only for 1 week. For $50 powder lasts 1 week, that is ridiculously high. I asked my friend who knows powder nails and she said procedure is incorrect. The place didn’t even try to address issue or correct and instead keeps arguing. The pedicure that is supposed to last longer also didn’t last more than 2 weeks. What’s the use of paying extra $5? What a scam of this place. I will not return for sure. Most horrible nails experience.

I called up this nail salon as a referral from a friend. I made a last minute appointment on Saturday 4/30 I don’t live in Robbinsville so it is a 20 minute drive for me. I walked in and I was greeted by a perky happy man who walked me to my chair. When I sat the woman was making foils and didn’t even engage in conversation with me and she continued to do her foils. When she was close to being done she put it all away and started my nails.

I do not recommend at all. I went for a manicure for my son and I, and after it was done, I had tipped the 2 people who did our nails. After, I got a pedicure done, where she completely ruined my nails on my feet, I still tipped her for it. When I was leaving, the receptionist started demanding for a tip saying I must give a tip. I had already given 3 people tips but she wouldn’t listen and wanted a tip. She didn’t even help or talk to me the whole time I was there, and she kept demanding for a tip, causing a scene. After I gave her the tip she wanted, she rolled her eyes and said “that’s it?” She had humiliated me in front of my son over a tip she didn’t even deserve. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they are very rude.

Never had a bad experience here – (full set, acrylic with gel nail polish). Everyone is very friendly, I can usually get right in if I call ahead and my nails always look great. Pedi’s are very thorough and relaxing – (spa pedi with gel nail polish) Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Very overpriced and very rude. When I went into the salon I asked the lady at the front desk how much a manicure and pedicure would be. She said 45, but then my manicurist charged me 56! It was not a problem, I was willing to pay, however, when I asked her why she got very defensive and mad. On top of this she rushed my nails. I was walking out of the salon after paying when the lady at the front desk called me back in and told me to give the lady a tip. I am very disappointed with my service.

My favorite place so far!! Tony is amazing, he does nails so good and professional, you can tell he is very into details because of the way he does them, also very gentle polishing them and cleaning them, he has done Gel and Acrylic on me and he has done an amazing job! I have been going there for about 4 months and I’m completely satisfied with the work, place is very clean, they have variety in colors and nail styles. Staff is super friendly, they also give you a shoulders massage when you finish, I highly recommend this place, specially Tony!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wanted to love this place but they tried to charge me an extra $5 to get my nails cut during my acrylic fill in. I’ve never heard of this being done at any other salon. Plus their gel polish always peels off within a few days. Would not recommend.

This was my 2nd time at this salon and I have to say I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed with the service and bad business practices. The nails were decent and the toes were very bulky with rough handling. But beyond that they tried to charge an additional unauthorized $55 to my account after service. I was checked out at the front desk and gave a cash tip (which was 15%) and the nail tech was upset that she had to split it. But beyond that, I do not appreciate them sneakily adding $55 to my bill without authorization or just cause when the nail tech said (and I asked twice) that was the full charge for all the services me and my bf received for sub par service. I will never go back to this salon. I’ve never dealt with an issue like this before. Very disappointing.

First of all, we have had good results and have been pleased with the acrylic nails that include various styles. We always use the same technician and she is very good. On that basis, we would have given more stars. However we have a major complaint on their price structure. At Moze, you pay about 20 dollars per color over the based price of 60 dollars. That always worked out until we wanted a speckled design comprised of multicolor dots on each nail. That design would have cost well over 100 dollars because of the use of multiple colors, even though each color was merely a small dot. So you pay for color, not how much color. That means that we are limited in the designs that we can afford. That is a negative in our view.
