Dr. Moy is a wonderful person. He gives back to the world by doing a great deal of volunteer work. He has excellent values. As for his professionalism, he eliminated all appearances of my rosacea by explaining that creams will never have a permanent effect. Once a year he lasers my face with a special laser that evicerates the small vessels that produce the red appearance. He is like a miracle worker! Also the practice is well run, efficient, and staffed by kind and caring folk. Highly recommended!
