I have reached the age that one woman touches my hair and I found her here! Laura is my stylist and I will no longer see anyone else! It took a few visits before I booked with her, and now I have been seeing her for years! She knows how to cut long hair well and did a rose gold balayage for me last year that was amazing! She is now so popular I have took book weeks in advance. The facility is very nice and clean. The girls at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming. They alway greet me with a beverage and a smile. This is the only place I go!

Jessica did a phenomenal job with my haircut this week and I appreciate that she listened carefully as I described the things I have/haven’t liked about previous haircuts before she got started. She was a great conversationalist too which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ll be back to see her again!

I don’t recommend delivering to this salon at all. The front desk is very rude especially one in particular with short short blonde hair. Maybe instead of laughing at someone and being rude maybe you should direct them to the right suite or location and not just point a finger. I have no idea who works in the office or a suite number isn’t listed. As a front desk receptionist maybe you should learn better customer service or least wait until the person is out the door.

I have been a Mouton’s customer for at least 8 years and I have always been confident with the service, quality and skill of all the stylists. My daughter and I both have cuts and highlighting done at Mouton’s and although we work with regular stylist, there are times when changing schedules requires working with a new stylist. In my latest visit, the new stylist I worked with did a great job following my regular color direction and in addition she gave me some great tips on how to better define curls during air drying. It is great to have confidence in a location with owners who inspire their employees to constantly provide excellent service.

I have trusted Ashley with my hair care for a number of years. She is an expert at making my fine, thin hair look great with current, short hair style trends. Yesterday, with impending snow storm predicted for the day of my appointment, the salon called and said Ashley would see me that day so I could get in before the storm arrived. I appreciated this so much!! Rescheduling can be tough and Ashley was so kind to work me in ahead of the storm. I love everything about Mouton’s!! Their heart is definitely for their clients.

I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year now and have been more than happy with the services I have received. Carissa has done a great job on my hair extensions and subsequent hair cuts. I am in the neighborhood and this has been favorite salon for the past 4 years. They are exceptionally good. Tresse and Dwanielle are the best hair dressers I go often and I am sure other hair dressers are equally good as well! Others are just as good as them. Love this place! ❤️
