Amy is the best! My first time getting Botox was a few months back and she made my nerves about completely go away with her bubbly personality, her knowledge, and the pace she works at. She is so in tune with what she is doing and does it so quick yet so efficient. Aside from her professionalism while I’m in her chair, she also remembers her patients and big details going on with them. I went to see her after not seeing her for 4 months, and she asked me all about my family, my wedding, etc. She is so professional, so personable and makes you feel not only beautiful, but comfortable in every way! I absolutely adore all of the girls at Mountcastle. From the front desk coordinators to the injectors, everyone is so so good. Amy truly has built up such an incredible business and her team is a reflection of that. My appointments are NEVER messed up which is so major. The girls are so friendly and personable. I LOVE going there. I’ve been seeing Amy since 2015 and she NEVER disappoints. She’s so thorough in training her staff that each one is so meticulous and does beautiful work. From veins, facials, laser, tox, and injections, they are incredible. They girls are always up to par with the newest training and I love watching them grow on Instagram. They’re so good that my best friend drives 7 hours just to come back and be injected by Amy. She’s SO worth it. Highly recommend!!
