Jade was the first person I dealt with and she was wonderful and easy to talk to on the phone. She was beyond patient with me when I couldn’t locate my insurance card. I got an appt. quickly with Dr. Laggis. Dr. Laggis is the epitome of professionalism. She is friendly, attentive and thorough. She is an excellent listener. Everything she told me to do solved my skin condition. Her nurse, Michelle, is also very personable. I think they are the Dream Team! Can’t wait to go back!!

I arrived 15 min early as instructed. Was taken right back. Then I sat for 45 minutes in a gown waiting for the Dr to show. I called the front desk to ask what the delay was; the Dr was still with another patient. I understand and am completely OK with delays in doctor office due to emergency, but a Derm office just can’t get that far behind. My time is important. I got dressed and left. Please know, the staff were so friendly – the Dr might have been awesome, but I will never know. It took 2 months to get this first appointment, and I travel for work. They offered to reschedule, but I declined. Very disappointing for sure.

Can’t say enough great things about this office! I had a couple rapid growing spots and they got me in within a few hours of contact. Got checked out and labs are on their way. Awesome support staff: kind, professional, timely, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, direct, etc! I have my second appointment booked in three months and I can’t wait to visit Dr Morrell again. He spoke directly, plainly, so I could understand, and discussed all the available options with the various potential risks associated with each path. Love these guys.

I had severe acne and they helped set me up with accutane which cured it completely. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything that I needed. I was late to an appointment due to a time zone mixup and they were forgiving and were able to squeak me in. It is a little pricey but I would say it is well worth it.
