This review is long overdue . I would like to warn you not to bother scheduling with FRANK CELIS, FNP-BC . He will certainly waist your time and money . A couple years ago I went in for an issue I was having , paid the new patient fee of 125$.. well he basically didn’t believe that anything was going on with me , I left , no prescription, nothing , just told me to follow back up with him in 2 weeks . Well a couple months ago I decided to give him another chance and go back because I am still having an issue . Once again he makes me feel like it’s in my head ,he used the term “well sometimes we think” basically implying it’s in my head . This time he did prescribe me something but it was gonna take 2 months to work . He didn’t help me!!!! I spoke with him for maybe 5 min and he sent me on my way . I live in las cruces NM , I don’t have time to be driving to El Paso for something that could possibly just be in my head . I don’t appreciate the fact that I expressed how this issue has affected me and he prescribes me something that doesn’t even work . Now I have a balance of 195$ whenhe didn’t help me . He kept asking me “is there anything else I can help u with today “ he knew he wasn’t helping me otherwise why ask that . I’m not trying to get out of a bill , but if I’m going to pay 195$ I feel like I should have been helped . 2x I was left un helped .

First visit to Mountain View Dermatology and it was exceptional. The front staff is professional and welcoming. The assistant in the room is very attentive and thorough. Finally the doctor was phenomenal. He listened, and gave excellent feedback to all of my questions and concerns. I am really glad I was referred here. I look forward to future visits here and recommend this office for anyone requiring a Dermatologist.

I have always had great service and advice from Dr Peake. He has frozen off skin tags easily and painlessly. He has removed a large mole and sent for diagnosis. He has removed things that “could be” cancer— but wasn’t Thank God!

I highly recommend Mountain View Dermatology for any and all skin care issues. Dr. Peake and his staff are an amazing group of professionals who do their jobs extremely well. They are prompt and thorough in all their assessments and procedures. The office staff is friendly and call with appointment reminders and answer all questions in a professional manner. If it is necessary to see a dermatologist or just needing an annual check up, I would go nowhere else. Five stars and a thumbs Up for Dr. Peake and Mountain View Dermatology.

I have gotten good care at this dermatologist, but it always feels very rushed. Also I have had 3 appointments so far and only once did they take me back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. On my first visit I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before telling them I had a meeting at work and couldn’t stay. My second visit they got me back within 15 minutes and my third visit took 30 minutes to get to a room. Once in the room the visits are too quick; they seem as if they are always 5 patients behind even for a 8:45am appointment.
